Business History and Company Formation

H&S Commercial and Industrial Supplies and Services LLC (H&S) and Core Industries, Inc. (Core) have recently collaborated to create H&S Core, LLC. This new company was formed to develop a market extension for both companies, by capitalizing on the strong management of each company and the wide range of services each company offers. This will create opportunities for growth of operations, an extension of products and services, and complimentary management efforts.

H&S was established in 1995 as All Clean Janitorial. Over the last 25 years, H&S has grown in size and expanded the services provided. They are currently providing services in the following areas: Base Camps and Mobile Housing; Industrial Cleaning Services; Staffing; Construction Services; Industrial and Environmental Services; and Vegetation Management. H&S is committed to providing commercial and industrial services that are safety-focused, exceptional in quality, competitively priced, and environmentally responsible to our customers. H&S leads a family of dynamic, strategically accessible, and diversified companies that offer services to customers nationwide.

H&S has a team of highly skilled executives lead by President Monique Michele Rogers, a certified minority woman business owner with nearly 25 years of diverse industry experience. The company’s focus is to consistently add value to our clients, provide a safe and healthy work environment for our employees, and comply with all regulatory requirements. We pledge to secure lasting relationships with our customers by exceeding their expectations through extraordinary service by every member of our Family of Companies.

H&S has over 1 million man-hours without any recordable and/or lost time accidents.

Core Industries, Inc. (Core)

For 35 years Core has successfully designed, planned, and executed, projects for a broad range of global clients within industries such as Oil & Gas, Pulp and Paper, Forestry- timber and products manufacturing, Mining, Shipping, Logistics, Cargo Management, and many others. Core has the capability to engineer, build and install custom solutions for a range of industries. About seventeen (17) acres of property is available adjacent to Core’s dock in Theodore, AL which has 40 ft. of water draft along with 1,700 ft. of bulkhead.

Several cranes are available at the dock with lift capacities of up to 660 short tons. Shore-based services include berthing, stevedoring, marshaling, storage, and heavy lifting. A large concrete containment area is available adjacent to the dockside for cleaning of equipment arriving from offshore and for containment of the cleaning fluids to be disposed of in an environmentally compliant manner. Approximately 400 acres of adaptable land is available adjacent to the dock with space available for storage, preservation, and maintenance of various types of equipment and materials. Core has several pieces of heavy equipment on-site including cranes, forklifts, transporters, front-end loaders, bulldozers, and material handlers. Qualified and NCCO certified crane operators are available to operate heavy equipment 24 hours a day.
